Next year, our school has been approved for five Flexible Learning Days to use in case of inclement weather, power outages, etc. We will need to give the students a packet on the first day of school. Any ideas that I can use?
Here is the criteria:
- Each FID should be an independent lesson activity with everything that the student needs to complete it – on paper, does not require internet or other resources, or texts.
- FIDS are lessons that can be completed independent of where you are in your scope and sequence of curriculum.
- FIDS are course specific and must be relevant and applicable to your curriculum. Every class will have it’s own unique FIDS.
- Each teacher will create FIDS for five instructional days – each should be labeled appropriately FID Day One, FID Day Two, FID Day Three, etc.
Thanks in advance!
