Hi Cedric! Sorry for the delay.
There was a firmware update recently, is your GO Brain firmware up to date?
If yes and the issue is still present, I think VEX Support would be a good place to get in contact. Then they can reference other people who’ve had this issue before and see what helped them!

What is the current version?
Hi @Andy_McClure, I believe the current Firmware version is 1.0.6.B0. You can check a Brain’s firmware version in the Classroom App. Open the Brain in question, and select ‘Show Device Info’. At the bottom, you’ll see the Firmware version, like this :
