I have a coder that needs to be updated. In the app, however, the update option does not highlight to touch. Only coder in the classroom with this issue. New batteries.
Any suggestions on how to update this?
Hi @Mike_Bothwell, I’ve seen that when I’ve had an issue with the batteries. You can try swapping for a different set of batteries, or just taking the batteries out and putting them back in, to make sure that they’re making good contact. I hope that helps 
Unfortunately, I’ve tried new batteries, swapping their position, and just taking out/putting back in. Same thing. Just doesn’t give me the update prompt.
