A 2nd Grade Success Story

The start of the school year is off to a fantastic start with VEX Robotics! Our 2nd graders jumped into robotics using VEX GO, and their excitement was through the roof. They tackled fun challenges with the Code Base and sensors, and it was amazing to see their curiosity and teamwork come alive. While some students found building a bit tricky, they received excellent support from their classmates, which really boosted their confidence. I’d love to hear from others—who else is using VEX GO with 2nd graders? What creative challenges have you introduced in your classroom? Let’s share ideas and inspire each other!

VEX GO has truly transformed our classroom dynamics! Since introducing VEX GO, the level of excitement and teamwork among my students has skyrocketed. The hands-on nature of VEX GO activities has made STEM concepts come alive in a way that’s engaging and fun.

The best part? Seeing my students work together as they tackle challenges and build their own creations. The collaborative spirit in the classroom is incredible—students are brainstorming, problem-solving, and cheering each other on. It’s not just about the robots; it’s about learning to communicate, share ideas, and achieve goals as a team.

Here’s a snapshot of our recent VEX GO project, where students designed and programmed their robots to complete a series of challenges. The energy and enthusiasm were incredible, and the teamwork was top-notch. I’ve never seen students so eager to jump into a lesson and support each other.

If you haven’t tried VEX GO yet, I highly recommend it. It’s been a fantastic tool for sparking curiosity and fostering a collaborative learning environment. How has VEX GO impacted your classroom? I’d love to hear your stories and see how it’s inspired your students!
