One of our third grade teachers completed an animal research project with her students. They had to choose a winter animal, complete the research, draw a diagram of the animal and then used the Vex Go pieces to construct the animal. @Tina_Dietrich @Desiree_White-Price @Jason_McKenna2

How cool! This is a great example of how to weave STEM into classroom lessons and projects that are already part of your curriculum. It incorporates some design thinking, tons of spatial reasoning, and adds a hands-on component to the project in a really great way. Nice work!!
