It appears you have to have the advanced or premium version of VR to be able to see the solutions for the CS1 activities. I tried loading one and it said just that. It’s kind of disappointing…
Did you try to open a Python solution rather than a blocks one? The Python language is available in the Enhanced and Premium versions of VEXcode VR, but the blocks language is available in the free version.

Correct, all of the block solutions you can access with the free version, but the Python language is only available in Enhanced and Premium versions of VEXcode VR as Chris noted.
Are you teaching the CS Level 1 Python course?
No, just blocks, but when I tried to open the solution it stated I needed the Enhanced or Premium version.

Does it have the .vrblocks extension at the end?
I’m also wondering if the file is for an Enhanced or Premium Playground. However, the CS Level 1 Blocks course doesn’t use any of these.
Would you be able to show me a screen recording of what happens?

Hi Lauren, does VEX offer any PD over the summer either in person or virtually? (I live in the Green Bay area) I know I’m allowed a couple virtual sessions with the package we bought but I’m talking about a more in-depth training.
