When using the VEX Class app, our 123 bots show only half battery. But when pairing to VEXcode123 they show a full charge. Which one is more reliable? Is there a reason for the difference?

There is a known issue with the classroom app. The ranges used to determine what to display for the battery level are overly conservative in the classroom app causing it to look like it is lower than it really is.
VEXcode uses the correct range of values to select the battery level.
This is something that we are aware of and plan to fix with a future update to the classroom app, but we do not have a timeline for when that update will go out.
