Cannot find a replacement piece

Hi there

I’ve been looking for a replacement piece. 1x4 Crank Arm with 23 Tooth Gear ([228-2500-246]) The only way that I’ve found is to order a whole new kit. Is there another way to order this piece? It is needed to make the robot claw work.
