@Audra_Selkowitz @Aimee_DeFoe I have a coder that is completely dead. I changed the batteries and it still does not turn on. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi @Tina_Dietrich - there are a couple of things you can try, to see if the Coder is totally dead or not.
- Try a different set of batteries (just in case something was wonky with the first set)
- Check to see if the Coder is readable to the Classroom App - it’s possible that the LED light on the Coder died, but the Coder is still working. With the new batteries, try pressing the Start button to turn it on, then opening the Classroom App and Scan for Robots/Coders. See if the Coder pops up and if you can connect to it.
