Below is a code a student was trying to run in VEX Code Go. It says “drive forward”, but when the code is run, it drives reverse. I also attached a video. The teacher has replaced the motors, and reassured all ports are connected correctly. All other robots run correctly with the same code. Any idea what could be the problem?

Here are a couple of suggestions! First of all, she should double check that that the motors are attached correctly. She can use the 3D build instructions and compare her motors to the pictures in steps 4 and 13, making sure that the arrow on the motors in pointing in the correct direction.
Also, she can check to be sure the motors are configured correctly in VEXcode GO. Open up the Devices Window and make sure the toggle button is set to normal!

It seem just putting the battery on the charger worked. There was only one light on the battery when it was running the other day. Thanks!
