As our 5th graders are getting ready to complete the VEX GO activity (GO Activity - Community Helpers - Google Docs), does anyone know of an age appropriate community helper video? Everything on YouTube is geared more toward younger students. Thank you!!

Hmm… good question @Danielle_McCoy! I don’t know of one off the top of my head, but I think it could be really neat to show your kids some of those videos (that are geared for younger kids) and have them create their own videos about ‘Community Helpers’ for students their own age. @Aimee_DeFoe may have some more specific ideas of resources, from her time in 5th grade 
5th Graders are often starting to be aware of the fact that they can make a difference in their communities by being active participants in trying to make them better. If I was searching for community helper videos for that age level, I’d search for videos of fifth graders involved in community activism and see where it leads!
