I have an all access subscription for VEX EXP PD+. When I asked sales.VEX.com whether that granted me access to either the enhanced or premium VEXcodeVR, they responded that yes, my all access subscription gave me access to VEXcodeVR premium. But when I go to vradmin.vex.com., it says I don’t have a subscription for this. Am I missing something?

Apologies for the misinformation provided to you, but VEX PD+ is separate from VEXcode VR and not included within PD+.
As you just signed up for VEX PD+ - I suggest booking a 1-on-1 session with a member of VEX Education Team. They can help to provide you tailored support how to get the most out of VEX PD+ in conjunction with the free version of VEXcode VR. You can do this right from your Dashboard.
