Hi Zainab,
The three suggestions I would have is taking a look at your motor to check if it could be an overheating issue, there could also be the possibility of the claw being misaligned, or an issue with the rubberband placement on the claw not creating enough friction to hold the pin. Hopefully one of these solutions works for you! If the problem still continues please let me know.
