Curriculum is available for teaching with the VEX AIR Drone! The Virtual Flight Course gets kids started learning to fly using the VEX AIR Flight Simulator in VEXcode AIR. This is a safe and low-stakes way to introduce students to piloting before they begin to fly the physical drone.
And, the first two chapters of the second course, Controller Flight, are also live. This course builds on what students learned in Virtual Flight. Chapter 1 introduces students to safety procedures to ensure safe indoor drone flight, and Chapter 2 combines basic flight movements with understanding the data displayed on the VEX AIR Drone Controller.
