My wheel is stuck

The wheel on one of my 123s is stuck. I updated the code, pushed the reset button, and checked the wheels for debris. There seems to be nothing stuck in it but the gear won’t turn on the left wheel. The right side gear moves freely but the left side is extremely difficult to turn manually and will not turn at all when I try to turn it with the wheel gear.
