The new games each year are announced during VEX Worlds. This year, VIQRC is being held from May 1st to 3rd, so the announcement regarding the next year’s game will happen during the finals on May 3rd.
I do not know about the pricing yet, but I will look into that and see if I can get a clear answer for you.
