hi! i just purchased a few new batteries at the conference. what are best practices for the first use: charge all the way, then use, or let die down completely before charging the first time?

For V5 Batteries, it’s recommended that you charge them when they reach about 10% battery life. This article here has a lot of great recommendations about planning your charging of the V5 Batteries

Hi @KATHERINE_TOPPER! I think when you unbox them for the first time you can fully charge them to get them ready for their first use
