I had a blast presenting this workshop at the VEX Robotics Educators Conference last week!
In this session, we explored using the engineering design process to complete the GO Animal Rescue Activity Series.
Participants used the pieces from the VEX GO Kit to design and build a ladder, a raft, and a mobile rescue vehicle. We looked at how to use questions to help students engage deeply with each stage of the engineering design process, to help them get better results. The questions can be found on the slides from the workshop, here:
