So, when I’m facilitating or helping students, some times its easy to miss something going on in another part of the classroom. So, I created and laminated this poster for students to add comments as “Shout Outs”! for their classmates. Then I can follow up and compliment those who are putting forth some extra effort.

I didn’t think high schoolers would do it, but they do. I also add “Shout-outs” to the poster.
