Tournament Manager Schedule Not Updating

Hi everyone!
We are training our volunteers to use Tournament Manager in preparation for our first VEX event next month.
We noticed that after setting up some ‘Pit Displays’ to show the ‘Upcoming Matches’ or ‘Rankings’ screens, the schedules don’t update and stay on the first lot of matches even after the matches are scored and saved.
The schedule only updates once all the qualifier matches are scored and the finals matches are generated.
Is there a way to force an update for the schedule, or am I missing something?

Sorry to hear this. Which area are you in?

My recommendation would be to contact your event engagement manager for your area. This person would have the most up to date information for Tournament Manager :slight_smile:
