I had a great chat with an educator as a follow-up to a previous 1-on-1, where he worked with @Aimee_DeFoe and @Jacob_Palnick around troubleshooting some VEX IQ Brains in his classroom. We walked through how to submit Feedback for a connected IQ Brain in VEXcode IQ, with a couple of key elements:
- Make sure to check the box for “Include diagnostic and usage data”
- Include your email address so the Software Team can respond to you if needed
- Be as specific as you can if you include a message, so the Software Team knows what you’re having issues with.
