Kindergarten students combined VEX during CSEdweek along with a reindeer study in social sciences and ELA! Students began by learning all about reindeers/Caribou through reading stories and then labeling the parts of reindeer. Next, the students completed a writing component about reindeer and then ended their reindeer study by coding the reindeer to carrot treats! What a fun and engaging activity during the upcoming holiday season!!
