I just connected one of my AIM robots to codeaim.vex.com and updated the firmware. When it was finished I got the following message on the robot: “Radio, version error connect to VEXcode.” I have tried to restart the robot, reset the robot, and reconnect it via bluetooth and USB to codeaim.vex.com. How do I fix this?

Hi, we are working on a long-term solution to this issue in VEXcode. In the meantime, you can resolve the error by following these steps:
- Connect your AIM robot to your computer via USB.
- In VEXcode AIM, go to Tools > Hardware > Reinstall Robot Firmware.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the firmware reinstallation.
This should resolve the error you’re running into. If the issue persists, let us know and we will troubleshoot further.
