When students are connecting the brain to the Web version of VEX Code IQ it will sometimes show it is connecting, but never turns green and actually connects. Why does that happen?

The best way to get help with this issue is to submit feedback from VEXcode with the diagnostic data after it does not connect. This will let us investigate what VEXcode is doing, or failing to do, on that computer.
