Hello, We have problem with VEX123 that 2 wheels worn out from using to the point that the robot couldn’t move correctly and always stuck with field while moving. We need to change wheels but we can’t find any. Will you please suggest about this?
Hi @Jittawit_Phumrattana welcome to the community. VEX 123 wheels aren’t usually sold as a standalone part in the main store since the kit’s built for younger grades, so the store search won’t turn up much. The fastest path is to reach out to VEX Customer Support directly and ask about spare wheels for your kit. If it’s still within warranty, they may be able to send replacements at no cost.
